Library Grant Writing

Funding projects through grants and planned giving has become essential to the growth of non-profits, including libraries. Increasingly staff members are called upon to demonstrate fund development skills, locate funding sources, and prepare grant proposals. Participants will focus on resources for finding funders, preparing standard and government grant requests, and initiating other fund development activities. There will be ample opportunity to exchange information and translate ideas into effective proposals.
