Class Description | Introduces legal sources used in a variety of library settings, covering both U.S. and state legal resources. Discusses standard print legal sources such as reporters, digests, statutes, legal encyclopedias, and looseleaf services. Explores the use of legal online services such as LEXIS and WESTLAW through extensive hands-on assignments. Analyzes reference and collection development issues related to legal sources.
